If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@timebombtcg.com with your order number and we will cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, and all sales are final except as described below.
If you receive a card that is not the one you ordered, email support@timebombtcg.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your request, and once it is approved and we have received the card back, we will issue your refund.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the card. Orders over $100 ship with insurance; we handle the claim.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
